During the Spring term, the California Broadband Initiative at the California

Adam Morrison, a graduating senior, spent much of his time researching
Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs) in <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">California</st1:place></st1:State>. He created and
administered a survey and investigated the typical network architectures used
by WISPs in <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">California</st1:place></st1:State>. <br>
<br>
The enclosed paper, a working draft of the Broadband Initiative, is the
culmination of his findings. It describes the results of the survey and
provides technical information about WISPs. Adam also created a
Google map of all publicly available locations for California
WISPs. Please see page 12 of the paper for more
information. </span></font><o:p></o:p></p>
