chair of the National Assoc of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA)
to give us their read on the rules for broadband funding released on July 1,
2009, and have a discussion about the regional projects, application and
deployment strategies. This is a time to think about the how the principles
proposed by RTC can move to action. It is a great time for us to get our best
thinking on the table about bringing the maximum money to the region, and
possibly get answers to some of the questions posed by the rules.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
