<div>A new regional company, Redwood Telephone, has been established to provide broadband service for the Northern California. Redwood Telephone is a regional competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) based on the North Coast of California. Redwood Telephone is has engineered an extensive regional fiber optic network middle-mile with extensive capacity to inter-connect communities, schools, health organizations, libraries, public safety, and government offices in Humboldt County, Del Norte County, and to nine Tribal Sovereign States. The mission of Redwood Telephone is to build a comprehensive community infrastructure to inter-connect anchor tenets and service providers capable of delivering leading edge broadband services. </div>
<div><br>We are inviting any regional service provider or large scale institution the opportunity to participate by expressing either interest or commitment in the Redwood Regional Open Access Fiber Network. We are providing the proposed pricing schedule for transport and internet access services which will be filed with the National Telecommunications and Information Administration for the purpose of receiving funding from the Federal Government to build the proposed infrastructure. </div>
<div><br>If you are a service provider or organization interested in wholesale transport or internet access at the prices detailed in the "Redwood Telephone Broadband Pricing Schedule," we encourage you to complete the Letter of Interest or Commitment attached. Any information regarding your planned services will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone or any organization. We are encouraging anyone who would like to provide service to their communities to participate with this truly comprehensive and future proof network which promises to deliver new age communications and build prosperity for our region at large. </div>
