Nominations are being sought by The Redwood Technology Consortium (RTC), to recognize an outstanding technology leader (or leaders), who are current RTC members. This new, yearly award program will grant a $1000 cash prize to a person or group who demonstrates leadership qualities in the technology field, in areas including (but not limited to):
- advocacy and outreach related to technology
- innovative use of technology
- technology training
- marketing of technology
Anyone may nominate a person or an organization, including themselves, but the nominee must be a current RTC member. Current Board members are not eligible. Past Board members must be off the Board for a year before becoming eligible.
